Cordsy ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Cordsy mobile application on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

1. Information We Collect
We follow a "Privacy by Design" approach. We only collect the following:

  • Purchase & Subscription Data: We use RevenueCat to manage transactions. This includes your subscription status and transaction history. Payment processing is handled securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We never see or store your credit card details.

  • Service & Usage Analytics: We collect anonymous technical data (such as device type, OS version, and feature usage) to improve app performance and fix bugs. This data is not used to identify you personally.

2. Your Photos (Local Processing)

Your photos never leave your device. * All image processing and string art generation occurs locally on your smartphone or tablet.

  • We do not upload, store, or share your images to any cloud servers.

  • Cordsy requires permission to access your gallery only to allow you to select a photo for processing.

3. No User Accounts

Cordsy does not require account registration, email sign-ups, or passwords. Your experience is private and tied to your device’s store ID.

4. Third-Party Services

We utilize the following trusted partners:

  • Apple App Store / Google Play Store: For app distribution and secure billing.

  • RevenueCat: To verify and synchronize your "Pro" features across your devices.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Because we do not store personal profiles, there is no "account" to delete. However, if you wish to request the deletion of any anonymous diagnostic data or purchase logs associated with your installation, please contact us.

6. Children’s Privacy

Cordsy does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since all photo processing is local, our app is safe for users of all ages.
